Hossein Soleimani wins award at Tietê filmfest

Iranian actor Hossein Soleimani has won an award at the Tietê International Film Awards in Brazil.

Soleimani grabbed the award for best actor for his latest appearance at ‘Kulbarf’ at the 2021 edition of the event.

The film directed by Milad Mansouri, was nominated at eight sections.

‘Kulbarf’ also stars late Ali Ansarian who recently won award at the V.i.Z. Film Fest in Bulgaria.

It is the story of porters who gamble their lives on the border of Kurdistan for a piece of bread.

The Tiete International Film Awards (TIFA) was organized both physically and online, showcasing a variety of films from across the world.
